I always love working with other creatives and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Ashley again! Ashley is a fashion blogger in Corpus Christi who creates outfits and looks based on pop culture, movies, tv shows, and now video games! We worked together for the first time in October to capture one of her Halloween looks based on the remake of Susperia.

This time her look was based off of the popular video game Red Dead Redemption 2. Now, I'm really not much of a video game player so I made sure to do some research before our photo shoot to gain a better understanding of the video game. Since our goal is the capture photos that had the same "feeling" as the game had, I looked at lots of pictures from the actual game and watched a few short YouTube videos of people playing the game. I would describe the overall aesthetic of the game to be quite a bit more grungy than my normal photos, but I loved that it pushed me creatively!
Special thanks to Horses on the Beach for welcoming us onto their property and helping us capture the perfect cowboy photos! These photos would not have been the same without their help and their stunning horses! If you are ever in Corpus Christi, I highly suggest going to visit Horses on the Beach for a one of a kind experience!
Now onto the photos!
I also tried my hand at some more creative editing. The last few photos from the session were some of my favorite and gave me a sort of 1920's or 1930's technicolor vibe so I opened the photos in Photoshop and tinkered around a little! Now, I'll be the first person to admit that this style of editing isn't my forte, but I was super please with the end results and can't wait to play around more! What do y'all think?
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!
