With their closest friends and family in attendance, Nonné & Christian were married in an intimate ceremony at the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas. There wasn’t a dry eye in sight as they exchanged heartfelt vows in such a beautiful setting.
One of my favorite parts of their wedding day was the time they set aside to visit a local coffee shop before their reception dinner. This wasn’t just any coffee shop stop—it was a full-circle moment in their love story. Years ago, I met Nonné when she was a barista at my favorite coffee shop in Corpus Christi, Texas. It was in that very same shop that Christian first saw her while grabbing his daily coffee. After a few visits and a little courage, he asked for her number—and the rest is history! It only made sense to incorporate coffee into their wedding day, making space for a quiet, intimate moment as newlyweds before celebrating with family and friends.
After their coffee shop visit, they headed to a nearby restaurant for an intimate reception dinner, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. The entire day was relaxed, heartfelt, and completely true to who they are as a couple.
As a wedding photographer based in Washington State, I love capturing intimate weddings and elopements that reflect each couple’s unique story. Whether in the Pacific Northwest or traveling to places like Texas, I’m always excited to document these meaningful moments. If you’re planning a wedding—big or small—that prioritizes connection, authenticity, and a little adventure, I’d love to be there to photograph it!
